Hmmmm … Well, I have not eaten excessive sodium and my points/calories are right where they should be. Yet I stepped on the scale this morning and I’m up more than half a pound since Sunday. I knew this would happen, but a part of my brain is still in denial. Just a couple more weeks and hopefully things will start happening the way they should.

On to yesterday:
