So far, so good this week. I’m a little behind where I should be with the exercise. Hopefully, I’ll have time between work and the going-away party I’m having for a couple friends tonight to get in a workout — the elliptical or a run. If not, I’ll most certainly fall below my goal of 35 AP for the week, but I’m not going to beat myself up over it. I have 31 extra points to get through tonight’s party and I still have tomorrow to earn some more AP. I should finish the week in good shape.

Also, I’ve been “bad” and peaked at the scale a few times throughout the week. I’m already down about 2 pounds. If I don’t blow it tonight, I should see a number on the scale Sunday that makes me very happy. Not as happy as I would be if I hadn’t regained so much weight, but happier than I was last Sunday for sure!
