Getting fit and taking names

I’m not counting yet, but I figure I might as well start writing it down, so:

Breakfast: Kashi GoLean and yogurt
Snack: Tea and orange
Lunch: Lean Cuisine thingy, almonds, chocolate, peanut butter
Dinner: Cheese sandwich
Dessert: Smoothie
Exercise: None. I intended to swim or run or something, but stuff got in the way and it didn’t happen. I did put together and use my new vacuum cleaner.
