Well, I’ve had a not-too-hungry week and had a ton of extra points after the weekend. I was thinking about what I could do with those points this week. I thought about Indian for dinner or pizza. There were so many possibilities.

I forgot that I had another work party yesterday. That meant I couldn’t go home for lunch. That meant I was stuck eating what was there or going hungry. There were no low-calorie/low-point choices. I burned a lot of extra points, but I’m hoping I’m still going to be OK and still going to be able to treat myself sometime this week. We’ll see.

Lunch: Cornbread casserole, chocolate chip cookie, cake, 2 dinner rolls (21)

Dessert: Fruit smoothie with flax oil (5 fruits, protein, 1 oil) (6)
Total points: 38
