Well … I cheated and peaked at the scale this morning. I was actually expecting to not like what I saw, considering the week I’ve had. Instead, I saw 139.5. That’s not official and who knows what it will say tomorrow morning, but it made me feel good. And it’s a pretty good indication that even if I don’t show a loss tomorrow, I should at least not show a gain.

Dessert: Brownies and ice cream and cheese and crackers (19)
