Update

I was bad about updating the blog over the weekend (will do so after this post). But I did track on www.myfitnesspal.com and I’m in pretty good shape, anyway.

I didn’t gain or lose anything last week, but that’s to be expected after a really horrible Monday of eating and not tracking and then two slices of pizza (unplanned and not budgeted for) on Friday night. But I’m wearing a sweater dress today without rolls of fat being pushed up over the control top pantyhose (the goal is to eventually not need the control top part), so I think I’m in pretty good shape overall.
