The rest of the week won’t be completely accurate with the extra points because of Monday’s moment of weakness. The plan is to just not go overboard for the rest of the week and get in my exercise.

Dinner: Goat cheese and veggie pita pizza, tomato soup with cheese (Whole grain, 1 oil, 2 veggies, 1 dairy) (10)
Dessert: Smoothie (5 fruits, protein) (5)
