I skipped an oil. I was going to have a smoothie with oil after my workout last night, but I was just not hungry.

Lunch: Almonds and dark chocolate, tomato soup with cheese  (1 veggie,  protein, 1 dairy) (11)
Dinner: Vegetarian chili with flax oil, low fat eggnog (Protein, 2 veggies, 2 dairy, 1 oil) (14)
Snacks: Cinnamon and brown sugar toast (Whole grain) (8)
