The Girl Who Could (Formerly) Eat Anything

Getting fit and taking names

September 30

It was Emma’s birthday and she chose Applebee’s for dinner. There aren’t a lot of good choices there to begin with and I kind of decided to just throw caution to the wind and eat what I wanted and be done with it. The calorie counts aren’t completely accurate, since I left off the chicken and mushrooms from my dinner (which was not good at all — it was like eating a plate of salt!) and I left more than half the ice cream from the dessert. Even with that, though, it was a lot of calories!

Breakfast: Kashi and yogurt (290)
Lunch: Almonds and dark chocolate (290)
Dinner/dessert: Florentine Ravioli and brownie sundae (2,700)

Total calories: 3,280
