And, again, I can only blame Emma’s birthday for my total lack of control. She had her slumber party and that meant pizza. I cannot stop eating pizza and I never get full on it. So, here’s the ugly truth:

Breakfast: Ovaltine in light soy milk (130)
Lunch: Caprese salad, almonds and dark chocolate (538)
Dinner: Entire medium cheese and onion pizza and chocolate icing (1,960)

Total calories: 2,620
