I’m late! Sorry. We had a work party yesterday (again!), so it was a rough day, calorie-wise. Today and tomorrow are touch ones, too, because today is my daughter’s birthday, so we’re going out to eat. Then tomorrow is her slumber party and there will be pizza … My scale showed 147 this morning. Not good.

On to the menu from yesterday:

Breakfast: Kashi and yogurt (290)
Lunch: Two dinner rolls, two deviled eggs, corn casserole, cheese and crackers (573)
Dinner: Caprese salad, Ovaltine hot chocolate and smoothie (822)
Snack: Almonds and dark chocolate (290)

Total calories: 1,975

Exercise: 65 minutes walking/jogging (503)

Net calories: 1,472
