Breakfast: Peanut butter toast and orange juice (345)
Lunch: Almonds and dark chocolate (290)
Dinner: Vegetarian chili and two slices of cinnamon toast (678)
Snacks: Smoothie (310)

Total calories: 1,623

I had zero energy when I woke up yesterday and it was all I could do just to take a shower, so I didn’t exercise. I did feel much better after an early afternoon nap, but then the day just got away from me and I did nothing, which is not good considering how hungry I’ve been the past couple weeks. I need to burn those calories in order to be able to keep the hunger at bay. It’s pouring rain today and is supposed to rain all day, which means I need to motivate myself to work out inside this afternoon. That’s always a serious challenge for me, so wish me luck.

If I can motivate myself, this will probably be what I'll be doing this afternoon.
