Breakfast: Kashi and yogurt (290)
Lunch: Almonds and dark chocolate (290)
Dinner: Boca burger with cheese (385)
Snacks: Smoothie and goat cheese and tomato pita pizza (575)

Total calories: 1,540

Calories burned: 70 minutes swimming and 67 minutes rollerblading (1,239)

Net calories: 301

As of yesterday, I was 500 calories in the hole for the week. After my fabulously awesome workout last yesterday, even if I don’t work out at all today, I have 401 extra calories to work with for the week. Take that, sprained ankle! I need just 475 more calories to meet my 3,500 calories burned goal. Totally doable unless I feel all lazy and stuff tonight.

Now I just hope all this translates to a good loss tomorrow.
