Lunch: Almonds and dark chocolate (290)
Dinner: Tomato and goat cheese pita pizza (265)
Snack: Ovaltine with soy milk and a soft pretzel (480)

Total calories: 1,325

My ankle is 100 percent better, so after my doctor’s appointment this afternoon, I will be burning mega calories. I’m thinking a swim and then rollerblading are in order. Between today and tomorrow, I might actually be able to salvage the week!

I also figured out on MFP how to reset my start weight, so my ticker updated based on that. My highest weight over the summer was 151, so I reset it from 144.5 to 151. I like seeing the loss on the ticker, even though it’s not as much as I want it to be.

I’m not looking forward to my doctor’s appointment today because I’ve gained quite a bit of weight since a year ago. It was fun to go after I’d lost 30 pounds, but gaining it back? Not so much. Oh, well. It must be done.
