Breakfast: Kashi and yogurt (290)
Lunch: Almonds and dark chocolate (290)
Dinner: Goat cheese and tomato pita pizza (265)
Snacks: Deviled eggs, Ovaltine and soy milk, smoothie, apple and cheese (900)

Total calories: 1,745

I’m not doing well this week. As surprised as I was at my gain last week, I will be equally surprised if I don’t gain this week. I have the munchies like crazy and the ankle, obviously, is keeping me from exercising. My ankle feels a million times better this morning, so I’m hoping that I’ll be able to do some low-impact (elliptical maybe) workout starting tomorrow and burn some serious calories. That could save me!
