Lunch: Almonds and dark chocolate (255)
Snack: Boca with cheddar on Sandwich Thin (340)
Dinner: Cheese omelet and smoothie (674)

Total calories: 1,764

Exercise: Hike, 88 minutes (645)

Net calories: 1,119

I also did yoga yesterday, but just stretching and floor poses, so nothing worth recording burned calories for.
