I had a very snacky day yesterday. I’m not sure if I was even hungry! And I didn’t exercise, even though I kept thinking that I really, really should. So, I have about 400 calories to make up right now. My plan today is yoga, a swim after work and then ballet class, which should burn close to 1,000 calories. Thankfully, I have four day to make up for yesterday. Ugh.

Breakfast: Kashi and yogurt (290)
Lunch: Almonds and dark chocolate (290)
Dinner: Vegetarian chili and cheese sandwich (892)
Snack: Sugar wafers and deviled eggs (605)

Total calories consumed: 2,042
