Lunch: Cheese sandwich, dark chocolate, almonds, small orange (555)
Dinner: Vegetarian chili, smoothie (807)

Total calories: 1,362

I didn’t exercise formally, but I mopped the kitchen, laundry room, front hall and both bathrooms and vacuumed the whole house. The mopping required moving furniture around and stuff, so I informally burned a few calories — hopefully enough to cover my overages this week!
