Breakfast: Kashi GoLean, goat milk yogurt,  chai latte (414 calories)
Lunch: Dark chocolate and almonds (290 calories)
Dinner: Goat cheese and tomato pita pizza, boca burger with 2% cheddar (625 calories)
Snack: Smoothie (310 calories)

Total: 1,639 calories

I forgot to add that I did 45 minutes of yoga, but it was such gentle, easy yoga that I didn’t even bother turning on my heart rate monitor to track the calories. I went to ballet class, too, but I was the only one who showed, so it got canceled. I had planned to swim after work, but it rained. It was one of those days …

  1. Boy, you and I think alike. I have been trying to figure out how to rename my low residue diet blog (because I can eat anything now) but may have to start a new blog. I have been using Fat secret web site to calculate my diet, well not lately:( but checked out your site and am going to try it out for a while. I have decided I feel best at 120-125 lbs. Healthiest weight for cancer detection. But while vacationing, my weight has gone up to almost 130lb so I need to get serious. If you know how to rename a blog, let me know.

    • I don’t know how Blogger works. In WordPress, I think it’s under settings. You just type a new name in, save it and you’re good to go. But I never used Blogger, so I don’t know if you can do that with your blog.
