It’s Enough to Make You Crazy

A couple months ago, every fitness magazine I read ran stories about a study showing that people who worked out prior to eating burned more fat and lost more weight than those who ate first.

Today, I finally got around to reading the current issue of Shape. What did I find? An article about an Italian study showing exactly the opposite.

I give up.
